Effective October 1, 2002, address changes will be accepted and processed by the MiSDU (Michigan State Disbursement Unit). You should submit a written request and your written request must include:
- Date of Request
- Your Name
- Social Security Number
- Account Number
- Old and New Address
- Your Signature
