Adjournment of Referee Motions
Attorneys may fax their adjournments to the Court Clerical Service Department at 313-237-9268. Clearly state the Referee, location and time of the original hearing and the new hearing.

Our Mission The FOC Attorney Line is here to assist attorneys with inquires/questions regarding their client’s account. Before any information is discussed with an attorney, the attorney must be the current Attorney of Record for the case that they are inquirying on.The Friend of the Court will verify that you have an Appearance or appropriate pleadings on file with the Wayne County Clerk indicating that you are the current Attorney of Record. If the Friend of the Court is unable to verify that your are the current Attorney of Record, you will be required to file your Appearance with the Wayne County Clerk before any case specific information is given. Parties of a case should not contact the FOC Attorney Line. Parties of a case may inquire about their case by telephone through our Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) at 313-224-5300 or contact Customer Service by email at foc-help@3rdcc.org
